What is Nordic Walking?

Nordic walking activates more muscle and allows the body to propel forward with more strength and grace.

Nordic Walking is like cross-country skiing … without the skiis … just the poles! It's for people of all ages and abilities.

Nordic Walking lets you improve your stamina and stability, improve your posture, and walk away from mental stress. You’ll burn more calories and enhance your heart’s health regardless of your walking pace.
