- Wednesday afternoon at You Can Do It! LLC.
- Friday afternoon at YMCA.

Building Bones Step by Step is back!
- Series 2 goes from April 7 through June 2.
Yoga and stretching with Carol Lee continues at Baxter Fitness Solutions and Mountain Meadows:
- Monday and Wednesday BFS yoga class runs from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm.
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday classes at Mountain Meadows run from 10:30 am - 11:00 am.
Nordic Walking classes are now scheduled on demand!
- Monday from 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm, running through Mar. 17 (call 482-1887 or email carollee@youcandoitnow.net)
