One-on-One Training times are available:

  • Call 482-1887 or email carollee@youcandoitnow.net to schedule a personal session. Sessions are available afternoons, some mornings at Baxter Fitness Solutions and the YMCA, and at your place of choice in Ashland.

Building Bones Step by Step for the winter!

  • Winter Series I runs from Jan 4 – Feb 8.
  • Winter Series II runs from Feb 12 – March 19.

Yoga and stretching with Carol Lee continues at Baxter Fitness Solutions and Mountain Meadows:

  • Thursday BFS yoga classes run from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm.
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday floor stretch classes at Mountain Meadows run from 10:30 am – 11:00 am.
Note

Nordic Walking classes will begin in February!

  • Ashland Parks and Rec department classes on Wednesdays from Feb 17 - March 10.
  • Stay tuned for more Nordic Walking Classes at the Manor in Medford.
